Premise: The world has been through hell. Millions dead and millions more still sick and dying. What if the pandemic did something to us? What if the vaccine the government provided changed us at the cellular level? What if those who died came back?

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES & INFO
~12pt font – double spaced – Shunn formatting preferred. (Shunn formatting)
~Min 2k – Max 9k words
~ Submission must include brief author bio and headshot (please include primary social media links)
~Story must revolve around base anthology premise. Yes, zombies are acceptable of course. Use your imagination.
~Be sure to note if you are a new author.
~Those accepted will be notified via email within 30 days of receipt.
~If accepted, Authors will be paid $15 upon publication.
~All rights belong to the author with the exclusion of the first 90 days Amazon release (kindle unlimited).
~DEADLINE to submit: March 30, 2023
~Publisher reserves the right to refuse a submission. Written notice will be provided.
~One print author copy is yours from the publisher. (Upon publication)
~Author print copies can be purchased for the cost of printing, shipping and tax. (These should be for resale by you the author at the price set by the publisher)

In subject line, always be sure to note Anthology name.

~Palmas Press is the publisher.
~The ebook is exclusive on kindle for first 90 days of publication.
~Thereafter you may publish your individual stories separately if you wish.
~Each author should identify at least 2 ARC (Advance Reader Copy) readers who are willing to provide reviews on Amazon.
~Individual covers for this work will be branded to the anthology. A template will be provided to you as requested. Authors are not required to submit a cover at this time.

Regular Submissions will be accepted at the beginning of each Quarter during the months of January, April, July, and October. 

TYPICAL Submission closing dates =January 31st, March 31st, July 31st, and October 31st

No more than three projects will be chosen for publication in each quarter, so be sure to put your best foot forward.

We will be accepting submissions for the following genres:

  • Jan-Mar: Paranormal
  • Apr-June: Romance
  • July-Sept: Any
  • Oct-Dec: Any

All submissions should be accompanied by a one page synopsis of your work in the body of your email and the subject line should state the genre you are submitting for. If you are unsure of the specific genre or if you feel it falls into more than one, please be sure to note that it is a blended genre and clarify further in the body of the email.

Your manuscript/submitted work should be attached to your email as an attachment.
